I completed the hour long test on W3Schools HTML Certification course and received a certificate in the mail. It costs US$75 to get certified and you'll need to get a supervisor to watch over and sign the certificate afterwards. The test is based on:
- The Hypertext Markup Language - HTML 4.01
- The Extensible Hypertext Markup Language - XHTML 1.0
- Cascading Style Sheets - CSS1/CSS2

Photoshop, Flash are the famous tools for web site designing.but we need sound knowledge to use that designing tools. then only its possible to build a good web design.
